Tragedy struck on Thanksgiving weekend for the family of one prominent Sudbury businessman following a plane crash in Algonquin Park which killed four.
The president of Tracks and Wheels, Kevin Houle, his wife Lorraine, as well as their 17-year-old daughter Emily, and her 17-year-old boyfriend Michael Rollins all perished in the crash.
The quartet took off from Kingston in a plane registered to the company at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, and the wreckage wasn't found until 3:30 a.m. Sunday, approximately halfway between the two cities.
All four were pronounced dead at the scene.
Tracks and Wheels, founded by Kevin's father Conrad, has offices in Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay and Timmins.
