Thunder Bay Expressway ready to be resurfaced

Toronto road builders, Carillion Ltd., have been selected to resurface the Thunder Bay Expressway. The $20.7 million project will deliver better lighting and resurfacing of the highway from Balsam Street to the Neebing River.

Toronto road builders, Carillion Ltd., have been selected to resurface the Thunder Bay Expressway.

The $20.7 million project will deliver better lighting and resurfacing of the highway from Balsam Street to the Neebing River. Some turning lanes will also be lengthened at the intersections for the Harbour Expressway, Oliver Road, John Street and Dawson Road.

The project will create 150 direct and indirect construction jobs.
