Superior Energy opens new Sault office

Solar energy systems provider Superior Energy Solutions has opened a new office in Sault Ste. Marie.

Solar energy systems provider Superior Energy Solutions has opened a new office in Sault Ste. Marie.

The new space, located a short drive from its former head office, will provide the business with improved space for client services, and research and development of new products, with room for growth.

“Our new office provides a customer friendly environment,” Ted Curry, company president and CEO, said in a news release. “As a customer-centred company we believe that a welcoming space where our clients can discuss their energy needs is important.”

Communications manager Mathew Lajoie said the new location, opened in November, makes its solar professionals more accessible for the public.

“If you have an interest in our services, the Feed-in Tariff program, or would like a free consultation, we can have one of our professionals come to you, or you are welcome to visit our office on Oxford St. to discuss your needs, have your questions answered, and explore some the technology we use,” he said in the release. “Superior Energy Solutions’ goal is not only to provide exceptional workmanship on all projects, but also to make it convenient for community members to get involved in becoming green energy producers while delivering superior service along the way.”

Superior Energy Solutions has completed approximately 800 MW of solar-panel installations to date, including the Sault's 10 MW solar farm, the 135 kW installation at Algoma University, and the $49.5-million municipal FIT project in Blind River.
