The Sudbury & District Home Builders’ Association is launching a new program to acknowledge the work of the city’s builders, renovators, and associated professions and services.
The Residential Awards of Excellence are designed to showcase members’ achievements, highlight construction and design excellence, and reinforce consumer confidence in the professional residential construction industry.
“Sudbury is home to some of Ontario’s best builders and renovators,” association president Marc G. Levasseur said in a news release. “We are excited to recognize these leaders publicly and locally.”
The first awards gala will take place on Oct. 19. Thirteen awards will be presented in the following categories: new home construction, home renovation or addition, exterior construction and design, and suppliers and retail.
