Cypress Development and Skyharbour Resources are mobilizing a drill rig for summer exploration program at Red Lake in northwestern Ontario.

The two partnering companies are focusing on their Broulan Reef gold property drilling on the east shore of McKenzie Island.

Their Broulan Reef property adjoins on strike to the south of the Bruce Channel deposit on Goldcorp's Gold Eagle project.

It's a follow-up to a winter program which targeted the potential down-dip extension of the newly discovered Bruce Channel Gold Deposit owned by Goldcorp, which operates two major gold mines nearby.

In a May 28 release, the companies said drilling to date has provided evidence that the rock setting that hosts the Bruce Channel deposit continues unabated on to the Broulan Reef property.
