Northern Communications Services Inc., a prominent Sudbury-based telemessaging firm, has been recognized by its peers after being awarded an Award of Excellence 2009 by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI).
The ATSI uses a quality control assessment program for participating telemessaging call centres, and those centres which reach a score of 80 percent or better are granted the Award of Excellence.
Northern Communications and its sister company, True Steel Security, were awarded a Northern Ontario Business Innovation Award in 2008.
