Charla Robinson has been appointed executive director of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association (NOMA).
She has served as a chief of staff to the Member of Parliament for Thunder Bay-Rainy River where she managed office communications and legislative issues. She has also worked in provincial politics and for the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce.
“Charla's wealth of experience in government affairs, policy and communication development, and project management will be a tremendous asset to our organization,” said NOMA president and Dryden mayor Anne Krassilowsky.
NOMA represents the interests of municipalities from Kenora to White River.
