New management team for Brett Resources

Osisko Mining Corporation has assumed control of Brett Resources by appointing a new management team. Sean Roosen takes over as president and CEO from Patrick Soares. Robert Wares is the new chief operating officer.

Osisko Mining Corporation has assumed control of Brett Resources by appointing a new management team.

Sean Roosen takes over as president and CEO from Patrick Soares.

Robert Wares is the new chief operating officer.

Bryan Coates was appointed chief financial officer. John Burzynski was named vice-president of corporate development, while Sergio Cattalini was named vice-president of exploration, and Robert Mailhot was named vice-president of human resources.

Osisko acquired a 78-per-cent interest in Brett in May.

Brett has advanced a major gold deposit, known as Hammond Reef, near Atikokan in northwestern Ontario.

Osisko intends to acquire all of the remaining Brett shares not tendered on May 19 and plans to de-list the Brett shares from the TSX Venture Exchange.
