The change from what was known as the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines MNDM to the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines and Forestry (MNDMF) leaves many questions, which Minister Michael Gravelle will attempt to answer in Timmins on July 21, 2009.
Speaking to the Timmins Chamber of Commerce at the Cedar Meadows Resort and Spa, Gravelle will explain some of the changes to the ministry. He will also discuss plans for the Northern Ontario Growth Plan, and changes to the Mining Act.
