Finding ways to access capital for your company and gain global visibility through a Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listing will be topic of a panel discussion at a Jan. 17 Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce event.
Richard Schaak, the managing partner of Collins Barrow Sudbury, is moderating an event featuring panelists speaking about the different methods of listing on the exchange, and the legal and financial considerations.
Signed up to speak at the lunchtime event are Justin Canivet, head of business development with the TSX-TSXV; George Dube, partner at Fasken Martineau LLP, and John Sinclair, a partner at Collins Barrow Toronto LLP.
Attendees will receive reference material and will have an opportunity to network with the panelists following the presentation.
