Sudbury-based company Fuller Industrial has sold an arm of its company, Fuller Western Rubber Lining Ltd., to Corrosion and Abrasion Solutions Ltd. (CASL).

According to a news release, CASL, headed by Terry Freeman, “is being formed as an integrated provider of all coating services to all industrial users, including shop and field lining and coating across a broad product range of all things that need to be coated.” The company’s mission statement is “protecting the world’s  infrastructure.”

Fuller Western will be the first piece of this new consolidation for CASL.

“The sale allows Fuller Industrial to keep a clear focus on our international niche as fabrication and rubber lining specialists,” Jeff Fuller, president and CEO, said in the release.

Fuller noted he will remain involved with Fuller Western in a consulting role on a part-time basis over the next few months.
