Construction of a $5-million seniors residence in Sudbury's south end on Paris Street begins this spring for a fall ribbon cutting. A two-storey, 85-unit residence joint venture between Sudbury's Dalron Construction and Alert Care Corp. of Toronto will feature studio and some light nursing care to accommodate 90 people.
Alert Care operates more than 20 retirement living complexes across Ontario.
