Northern Communications was selected as this year's winner of the national Tom Ryan Award, an award that recognizes industry leaders in the answering service and contact management industry and recognizes ethics, integrity and quality of service. Northern Communications, a provider of 24-hour message service, telephone answering service, pagers and burglar alarms, has been in business for 45 years, with locations in North Bay, Sudbury and Timmins. Companies vying for the award were judged on their ongoing commitment to the delivery of quality service without sacrificing the working environment. Northern Communications was selected as a winner among 75 other companies in the messaging industry from across the country.
