The City of Greater Sudbury has launched what it’s calling a reverse job board that helps connect local employers with job seekers.
“Unlike traditional job boards, this system allows job seekers to upload their summaries to a centralized database,” the city said in a news release. “Employers in Greater Sudbury can then browse the database to identify candidates who may be a good fit for their open positions.”

Job seekers can upload their resume to MoveToSudbury.ca/work/find-your-perfect-job/let-employers-find-you/.
Employer interested in accessing the city’s database should email invest@greatersudbury.ca using the subject line “Interested Job Board Employer”.
This reverse job board is hosted on the City of Greater Sudbury's talent attraction website, MoveToSudbury.ca.
