Derek Shogren has been re-elected for a second term as president of North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce.

Federal Industry Minister James Moore was in North Bay, Nov. 8., to meet with Canadian aerospace and defence leaders to discuss how to best position the industry for growth in Northern Ontario. Moore was hosted by Nipissing–Timiskaming MP Jay Aspin.
