Women’s economic development organization seeks nominations

The PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise: North East will host a dinner and awards ceremony in March in North Bay.
Janet Podleski, an author and TV host, will be the guest speaker at the 2017 Enterprising Women Awards.

The PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise: North East is seeking nominations for its 2017 Enterprising Women Awards.

Recipients will be named during a dinner and awards ceremony on March 9 at the Best Western in North Bay.

The guest speaker will be Janet Podleski, the co-author of the cookbook Looneyspoons and TV co-host of the cooking show Eat, Shrink and Be Merry.

There will additionally be a tradeshow and networking opportunities, in addition to a silent auction and fundraising activities.

Nominations for the awards are open until Friday, Feb. 3.

PARO Centre for Women's Enterprise is a not-for-profit charitable organization — a unique, grassroots, community economic development organization with members involved in decision-making at every level.
