Dave Marshall, Nipissing University has earned the title of 2002 Community Builder of the Year in recognition of his contributions to the growth and prosperity of the community. The award, now in its second year, is presented by the Northgate Square Shopping Centre.
Marshall's ability to both think and live ‘outside the box’ is what made him the choice candidate for the award, says the general manager of Northgate.
