Collège Boréal and Canadore College recently signed a memorandum of understanding to share space and collaborate on apprenticeship programs to offer improved services in both French and English. Part of the agreement will see Collège Boréal's Sturgeon Falls campus share space with Canadore. Presently Boréal has no physical space in North Bay. The partnership will also allow apprenticeship-training programs to be delivered in both official languages, officials say. The two institutions also plan to work collaboratively to deliver the information technology support analyst apprenticeship-training program in both official languages. At present it is offered in English only.
