Companies in Northern Ontario’s mining supply and service sector will be promoted in conjunction with the annual Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) conference in Toronto next week.

The inaugural Northern Ontario Mining Supply Showcase will take place on March 3, the second day of the conference, one of the world’s largest conferences for the minerals industry.

Hosted by a collaborative partnership of Northern Ontario communities and organizations, the one-day event will allow Northern Ontario mining supply and service companies to showcase their products and services to captive audiences from around the world.

Capitalizing on the anticipated 30,000-plus PDAC attendees that represent more than 126 countries, the Northern Ontario Mining Supply Showcase will provide these visitors the opportunity to network with and learn more about the expertise and services that are unique to Northern Ontario companies.

The event will be held between 1 pm and 7 pm at Steam Whistle Brewing, located directly across from PDAC at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
