Vale fined more than $1 million after workers fatally injured
Vale Canada Ltd. has been fined $1,050,000 after two workers were fatally injured at Stobie Mine in Sudbury in 2011. On the night shift of June 8, 2011 Jason Chenier and Jordan Fram were working at an ore pass on the 3,000 foot level of Stobie Mine.
