Safety conferences coming to the North this fall

Sudbury, Thunder Bay will host Partners in Prevention regional events

Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS) will host a pair of conferences in Northern Ontario this fall.

The Northeastern Ontario conference will be held in Sudbury, Oct. 2-3, at the Holiday Inn, while Forum North will be held in Thunder Bay, Nov. 5-6, at the Victoria Inn.

These Partners in Prevention regional health and safety conferences are designed to present useful solutions to improve workplace safety.

Registration for Forum North in Thunder Bay is currently open. The event will feature keynote speakers including Dr. Greg Wells, a health and performance expert, who will speak about How to Improve Your Health, Supercharge Your Life and Ultimately Reach Your Full Potential.; Jamie Mason Cohen, a leadership and performance expert, who will speak about What Your Signature Says about Your Leadership Style; and Graham Sherman of Tool Shed Brewing Company, who will speak about Unleashing Your Disruptive Behaviour.

Registration for the Sudbury conference is expected to open soon.
