Green business conference slated for mid-April

A mid-April business forum hosted by reThink Green will offer insight and practical advice on how organizations can make their operations more sustainable.

The Green Economy North Regional Business Forum is a two-day virtual event, scheduled for April 14 and 15, which is open to businesses and organizations from across northeastern Ontario.

It will feature a mix of prepared videos and live webinars on topics including reThink Green membership and programming, renewable technologies, a review of best green practices, and the impact of COVID-19 on sustainability measures.

ReThink Green is a Sudbury-based non-profit organization offering a variety of programs, tools, and services designed to help communities and organizations become more sustainable.

Its flagship program is Green Economy North, which guides organizations in measuring, managing, and reducing carbon emissions at their operations.
