JL Richards appoints new vice-president

Saverio Parrotta will manage the day-to-day operations and allocation of resources.

JL Richards (JLR) has appointed Saverio Parrotta as its new vice-president.

Parrotta will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s operations and allocation of resources.

He joined the company in 1998 as a senior civil engineer. He became an associate of the firm in 2006, and managed JLR’s Sudbury office for eight years. Most recently, Parrotta served three years on the Board of Directors and as Director-in-Charge of JLR’s Sudbury and North Bay offices, as well as the Industrial and Mining Division.

Parrotta’s extensive experience in civil engineering includes managing complex infrastructure projects and overseeing engineers and technical support staff in the preparation of studies, reports, and detailed design and contract documents from concept to final construction.

He has successfully delivered projects in the commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial sectors, and has worked with all levels of government for project approval.

JL Richards is headquartered in Ottawa, and has additional locations in Sudbury, Kingston, Timmins, North Bay, Hawkesbury, and Guelph.
