After several months of strong growth, the Canadian economy slowed to a more moderate level and analysts anticipate the trend to continue throughout the year. Canada’s gross domestic product made no increase in May.

Timmins loses cold-weather testing facility (8/02)

Jaguar is ending a 20-year relationship with Timmins by moving its cold-weather testing facility to Manitoba. Ford Motor Co., the parent company of the British automaker, plans to move Jaguar testing to Thompson, Man.
