Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd. closed the final tranche of a flow-through share private placement financing, consisting of flow-through common shares on Jan 6.

 
Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd. closed the final tranche of a flow-through share private placement financing, consisting of flow-through common shares on Jan 6.

The offering was made by Wallbridge after receiving additional investor interest for shares following its last flow-through share private placement financing, which was fully subscribed and raised proceeds of $1.6 million. Proceeds from the most recent offering raise $29,700.

The funds raised with be put towards drilling on Wallbridge's Rogers Creek property near Sudbury as well as newly acquired copper-gold-molybdenum properties in B.C, according to company president and CEO Alar Soever.

The TSX approval is subject only to filing closing documentation.
