Timmins Chamber to host Nova Business Excellence Awards

The Timmins Chamber of Commerce will host the Nova Business Excellence Awards on Thursday, May 6th at the McIntyre Arena.
Over 450 guests are expected to be in attendance to see local businesses honoured for their achievements in 15 different award categories: Service Excellence, Non Profit Organization Award, Apprenticeship Award, Business of the Year (1-5 Employees), Business of the Year (6-49 Employees), Business of the Year (50+ Employees), Young Entrepreneur (Under 30), Future Young Entrepreneur, Environmental Award, Marketing Innovation Achievement, Business Contribution to Community (Over 30 Employees), Business Contribution to Community (1-30 Employees), New Business (Under 2 years), Aboriginal Partnership Award, and Media Person of the Year.
Tickets are $60 for members and $70 for future members, and can be purchased by contacting the Chamber at 360-1900 or visiting the website at www.timminschamber.on.ca/nova.php.
