Timmins Chamber opens nominations for business excellence awards

The Timmins Chamber of Commerce has officially begun a call for nominations for its annual Nova Awards, a celebration of business excellence in the region.

The event, to be held May 6, will feature winners in 13 categories including New Business (Under 2 years), Marketing Innovation Achievement, and Aboriginal Partnership. It also includes Business Contribution to Community (1-30 employees / over 30 employees), and Business of the Year (1-5 employees / 6-49 employees / 50+ employees).

Diamonds are the year's theme in celebration of the Chamber's sixtieth anniversary.
