The April 2 acquisition expands the Thunder Bay-based company's service and project management capabilities and has an immediate benefit to Wardrop's infrastructure division.
“Broadening Wardrop’s design and execution capabilities in the areas water and wastewater is an important component of our national infrastructure expansion program” says Shayne Smith, president of Wardrop. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
