Serviceprobe Ltd. has moved into the business incubator at the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre.

The company provides exclusive training solutions designed to meet the unique needs of the health-care sector and other service industries. The business incubator is now located in the new Biosciences and Technology Convergence Centre on the Algoma University campus.

“We think that the innovation centre is the perfect place to start our new venture,” Mark Lewis, Serviceprobe's general manager, said in a news release. “We've received solid advice and support from Tom Vair and his team at the innovation centre; they've really helped us to quickly move the ball down the field. In addition, being in an environment with other startups facing similar issues adds a great deal of value.”

Serviceprobe has developed web-based training and orientation software, which is used in new hospitals to improve operational efficiencies, and is extending to other sectors such as manufacturing and gaming.
