The City of North Bay launched an immigration web portal to assist individuals during every stage of the process in coming to the community.
This new tool will provide access and resources specific to the North Bay area and is expected to complement the city's existing immigration strategy.
“We're extremely pleased to launch the next stage of our Immigrant Strategy,” said North Bay Mayor Vic Fedeli in a Jan. 7 statement. “This portal will be the world's window into North Bay, and they're going to be very pleased with what they see.”
The launch took place Jan. 11 at the Best Western Hotel and Conference Centre. For more details go to www.northbayimmigration.ca.
