Medical clinic, design firm amongst NOHFC funding recipients

Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corp. (NOHFC) is granting more than $300,000 to five Sudbury entrepreneurs.

Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corp. (NOHFC) is granting more than $300,000 to five Sudbury entrepreneurs.

Among them are the Sudbury Foot and Ankle Clinic, which will receive $125,000 to purchase equipment and advertising, and complete renovations, as well as the Long Lake Medical Group, which will receive $106,136 to set up practice in the south end.

Also receiving funds are Mysendoff.com, which will use its $37,590 to launch web-based funeral planning service, Design De Plume, which will use $31,435 to set up its graphic design and photography service, and Your Media Productions, which will use $16,800 to launch a video production company.
