The Ontario Business Achievement Awards named Sudbury-based company BESTECH a finalist in the large business category at its annual gala.
The recognition goes to businesses with more than 100 employees who are forward-thinking in their overall business practice, from escalating sales and developing new markets to boosting employee morale and skill acquisition to elevating environmental stewardship and corporate citizenship.
Despite falling short of the grand prize, BESTECH representatives were delighted to have made the cut amongst the number of businesses throughout Ontario who are eligible for this esteemed award.
“It is a tremendous honour to be chosen as a finalist for an OBAA in the Large Business category,” Marc Boudreau, BESTECH co-CEO, said in a release. “Our growth and quest to become recognized as global leaders of innovative products and services has enabled us to be distinguished alongside the other incredible finalists. This achievement was made possible due to the resourcefulness and commitment to quality that is exhibited by all BESTECH employees. They are the foundation of the company’s successes and I am proud of their personal growth and many accomplishments.”
