The Alberta-based ATCO Structures & Logistics has expanded its reach into Northern Ontario following the acquisition of Timmins' Woodgreen Homes & Trailer Sales.
The Alberta-based ATCO Structures & Logistics has expanded its reach into Northern Ontario following the acquisition of Timmins' Woodgreen Homes & Trailer Sales.
The move makes Timmins ATCO Structures & Logistics' third location in Ontario, alongside offices in Toronto and Ottawa. Having operated in Timmins for more than 40 years, Woodgreen employs 19 people.
"Establishing a presence in northern Ontario is very important to ASL," said Harry Wilmot, president and COO of ATCO Structures & Logistics, in a release.
"The opportunity to bring our excellence in camp services and catering, industrial noise control and modular buildings closer to the mining industry is an exciting opportunity."
ATCO Structures & Logistics is part of the ATCO Group of Companies, which has 7,500 employees and assets of $10 billion in assets through service and business solutions for firms involved in utilities, energy, structures and logistics, and technologies.
