The Sudbury & District Home Builders’ Association has announced its new board of directors for the 2014-2015 year.
Louie Zagordo, president of SLV Homes, will take on the role of president during this term.
Involved with the association since the mid-1990s, Zagordo brings a passion for the industry to this leadership role.
“The Sudbury & District Home Builders' Association is well respected in our community and it is my privilege to serve as president representing the professional residential construction industry,” Zagordo said in a news release.
The board of directors for 2014-2015 is representative of the industry, with participation from a wide range of well-respected builders, renovators, suppliers and professional services.
Other members include: first vice-president Shon Cantin of Reliance Home Comfort; second vice-president Dennis Centis of Centis Tile and Terrazzo; treasurer Chris Jollineau of Fisher Wavy; and past-president Phil Monkhouse of Monkhouse Homes Ltd. Nine additional directors join them on the board.
Since 1959 the Sudbury & District Home Builders’ Association has been the voice of the residential construction industry. Membership includes local builders, renovators, suppliers and professionals.
