N1 Solutions Inc. – New Leaders and a New Look for NORPRO Security

NORPRO Security announces a newly formed company and brand that better represents its different divisions

After eight years, NORPRO Security announces a newly formed company and brand that better represents its different divisions.  The company announced their new name, N1 Solutions Inc. and has re-emerged with a suite of diverse services and an expansion plan that continues to create employment opportunities in Sault Ste. Marie and regions in the north. 

N1 Solutions is the evolution of the successful local full-service security solution provider. The company now offers technology, IT, and professional advisory services (through N1 Strategy) along with its foundational security services.  

N1 Solutions’ journey started when it was purchased by Brad Gregorini. He took 15 staff members and security services offered and expanded the brand to a team of over 140 across several divisions. In under a decade, Gregorini and the team have developed NORPRO Security, NORPRO Innovation (Technology, Information Technology (IT) - Unique Data Systems) and N1 Strategy Inc. Each division now falls under the umbrella of N1 Solutions Inc., (N1S).

The NORPRO Innovation division is led by John Prgomet. Prgomet has more than 25 years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of business and organizational initiatives, programs, and projects. As a result-oriented and strategic leader with a unique blend of hands-on experience and strategic management capability, he is a great addition to N1 Solutions Inc.

N1 Solutions Inc.’s newest division, N1 Strategy Inc.  was established to assist other companies achieve success. Dan Hollingsworth and Brad Gregorini formed the company to offer services including business development, professional advisory services, project management and back office support.  

N1 Strategy has attracted Jennifer King-Callon to the team. Jennifer is the Manager of Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives. She is also active with Petryna Advertising as their Senior Account Manager for the Algoma region. Jennifer has over 20 years in the tourism and hospitality industry and has been involved in many successful, diverse strategic marketing campaigns and major large-scale events. 

In addition, John Febbraro, the former Manager of Business Development for the City of Sault Ste. Marie will be joining the team as Senior Manager of Advisory Services assisting businesses to develop growth strategies and access support through programs and services. John has over 20 years of experience in business development and advisory services. 

“The new name, N1 Solutions Inc., articulates the growth that has been accomplished over the past several years and the future strategy of the company,” says Gregorini, President of N1 Solutions Inc. “The N1S brand was established to represent the businesses’ complete solutions. N1 Solutions’ new wordmark begins with an N, emanating from NORPRO and the 1, or N1, speak to providing the number one solution to our customers. The N1S logo represents the historical colours of the NORPRO brand. N1 Solutions is excited to roll out a new look and feel to celebrate our continued growth and achievement.”

“This diversification of our services and business growth didn’t happen overnight,” says Gregorini. “Our progress has taken us into new markets where we can provide many different solutions to our customers through our diverse service offerings. We provide opportunities for businesses to adapt to any number of solutions that include security, technology, IT, and professional advisory services.”

Dan Hollingsworth, Vice-President of N1 Solutions Inc., adds, “The goal of N1 Solutions is to exceed our clients’ expectations across Ontario. Our re-brand paints a better picture of what we do and tells our story more clearly. The strategy in progress includes expansion, industry leadership, and community focus. 

“Our vision is to be the recognized leader committed to empowering our clients to maximize their potential while strategically growing from North Bay to Thunder Bay,” says Gregorini. “We hold many strong First Nation partnerships and successful business relations with many businesses outside of the Algoma region, and we will continue to grow these partnerships in communities across Ontario. Ultimately, we will have offices in Sudbury, SSM, and in the USA.”
