Northern College in Timmins has sustained enrolment expectations for a econd year in a row. Last year was a banner year for the college, which xperienced a 23 per cent increase in enrolment - one of the highest in the rovince, and the trend is continuing this year. he success can be attributed to a number of factors, including the ntroduction of new programs like natural resources technician and the achelor of nursing degree program offered in collaboration with Laurentian niversity, says Fred Gibbons, executive director staff development and uman resources/registrar.
