Timmins police have ruled out foul play in their investigation of the July 17 death of a Boart Longyear employee at the Falconbridge Kidd Creek mine site. Patrick Ross, 22, of Ramore, was killed on a drilling project at the 7,300-foot level of the mine.
The Ministry of Labour continues their investigation.
Boart Longyear is one of the companies contracted by Falconbridge to drill at the Timmins copper and zinc mine. Work at the site continued despite the incident area being sealed off for investigation.
