The company is additionally in the process of turning its mining claims into mining leases to gain access to the mineral rights to the property, which comprises 69 claims covering 1,121 hectares in Langmuir Township. It hosts the past-producing Langmuir 1 and Langmuir 2 nickel mines.

In the early 1990s, 101,132 tonnes of ore grading 1.74 nickel were milled from the mine. It closed in 1992 when Timmins Nickel filed for bankruptcy. Close to 35,000 metres of drilling has been completed on the property. Testing has resulted in 127,000 tonnes of inferred resource grading 2.21 per cent nickel.
