Smoke-free bylaw now in effect (9/02)

A 100 per cent smoke-free bylaw passed by the Ear Falls municipal council this spring came into effect Sept. 3. The bylaw affects all workplaces and protects customers and patrons of the workplace.

A 100 per cent smoke-free bylaw passed by the Ear Falls municipal council this spring came into effect Sept. 3. The bylaw affects all workplaces and protects customers and patrons of the workplace. The local bylaw-enforcement officer for the township has been visiting local businesses to deliver information packages and signage to assist businesses in meeting the requirements of the bylaw.
