Dominion Construction of Winnipeg and DST Consulting Engineers of Thunder Bay were two of the groups who presented proposals to Thunder Bay Regional Hospital and Thunder Bay city council to develop the Port Arthur General Hospital site when it is decommissioned next year. Their plan is to create a biotechnology centre. Hospital board members say they are reviewing proposals, which involve taking over one or both of the hospital sites.
