Dynamic Earth has received $593,438 in funding through the Job Creation Partnership program, according to a recent news release.
The Dynamic Earth project will provide 15 employment insurance recipients with job experience, as well as help the development of the local economy. Skilled trades and labourers will help rebuild underground drifts at the former Big Nickel Mine to create the authentic look and feel of an operating mine. A series of eco-trails will also be developed with connections to the adjoining neighbourhood.
