North Bay's economic development corporation is seeking testimonials from companies who stand to benefit from city council's three-year, 66 per cent industrial tax cut program. The EDC would like to use any positive feedback from local businesses as the backbone of a marketing strategy to lure out-of-town companies to consider relocating in the city. It's believed by the time the cut is complete, North Bay will have one of the lowest industrial tax rate in the province. The EDC hopes to prominently feature the tax cut in a national advertising campaign.
