The province announced May 21 that consultations will begin to prioritize community needs outside the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area.

As part of its Moving Ontario Forward, the government has set aside a pool of $15 billion for roads, bridges, transit and other infrastructure deemed critical.

The province has released a discussion guide on how stakeholders can make their voices heard.

Regional roundtables will take place in June and July. Written feedback can be submitted online or in writing by Sept. 18.
