The Sudbury Airport Community Development Corporation (SACDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new members to its board of directors; Diane McFarlane, Romina Calisi and Boris Naneff.

The new appointments continue to build on the already strong governance and leadership commitment of the board.

SACDC Chair Dave Paquette said, “We are very pleased to welcome our new Board members for their background and expertise they bring as strong business and community leaders. I would also like to extend our gratitude to SACDC’s out-going board members, Greg Seguin and Lise Poratto-Mason, who both served as board members for nine years and past chairs for the SACDC. Their contributions to both the airport and the community are remarkable.”

As an independent and financially self-sustaining not-for-profit corporation, the SACDC Board has been able to attract some of the region’s strongest leaders to oversee the Greater Sudbury Airport’s strategic direction.

While providing service for 50,000 pieces of cargo and up to 200,000 passengers annually, the Greater Sudbury Airport is a strong economic leader, delivering an estimated total economic impact of $74 million in GDP annually.
