Manitoulin Global Forwarding (MGF) has acquired Demark Global Logistics of Miami, Fla.

In making the announcement, the company said this most recent acquisition complements its purchase of N/J International last November, helping to strengthen its coverage into the U.S., particularly along the Eastern Seaboard.

Dwayne Hihn, president of Manitoulin Global Forwarding, welcomed Denmark Global in an Oct. 7 news release.

"For nearly 30 years, Demark's customers have relied on them for their global expertise and quality service,” Hihn said in the release.

“Demark, like Manitoulin, has built their business from the ground up, fully committed to doing what's best for the customer, with a constant eye on predicting and meeting customers' evolving needs, solving problems and getting the job done."
