Bombardier Transportation has received an order from the Toronto Transit Authority (Go Transit) to supply 10 additional Bombardier BiLevel commuter rail vehicles to Go Transit's existing fleet of 361 cars.

The contract, valuing $26.1 million (Cdn), calls for the design, manufacturing and delivery of the new commuter vehicles. The vehicles will be manufactured at Bombardier's Thunder Bay plant, with production beginning in early spring.
