Sudbury-area mine technology company, HLS Hard-Line Solutions has brought home another Ontario Global Traders award from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
The Dowling company, which makes robotic control and communications systems for the global mining industry, was first notified on their market expansion gold award in September.
Company president Walter Siggelkow and special projects manager Ryan Siggelkow finally received the honour from Ontario Chamber president Len Crispino, Nov. 25 in a ceremony at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
The Global Traders and Ontario Business Achievement Awards are presented in conjunction with Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
The company has been a past Global Traders gold winner for market expansion in 2006 as well as winning a Northern Ontario Business Award for innovation in 2005 and an Export Development Canada Innovation Award for Diversification of Export Markets in 2007.
HLS was one of 12 winners at the event attended by 1,000 business and government leaders.
