A long-time Earlton business is expanding east into Kapuskasing and Timmins.

Richard Taché, owner of Earlton RV, announced on June 4 he had purchased Eastview RV, which has locations in the communities of Timmins and Kapukasing.

The two locations have been renamed to reflect their home communities: Timmins RV and Kapuskasing RV.

“My philosophy has always been community, quality products, and incredible customer service,” Taché said in the release.

“We believe in rolling out the red carpet for each and every customer that walks through our doors and the team at Eastview RV understands this. We look forward to welcoming you in to see our new look.”

Earlton RV was founded in 1976 as an offshoot of the manufacturing facility for the Boler brand of campers.

Today, the 3,000-square-foot facility buys, sells and services a wide range of travel trailer models.

Taché said the expansion brings with it “the promise of opportunity and growth in the North and a great potential for job creation.”
