King George's Park, a multimillion-dollar, 27-hole golf course and housing complex on the outskirts of Thunder Bay, recently had its official groundbreaking ceremony. Developers say the course, slated to open in 2004, will become one of the top courses in Canada. The development is expected to cost around $23 million. There will also be room for 300 dwellings, which will be constructed over a 10-year period.
