Timmins chamber manager to chair national board

Long-time manager of the Timmins Chamber of Commerce Keitha Robson will soon be helping other chamber heads with their professional development after having been named chair of the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada (CCEC).

Long-time manager of the Timmins Chamber of Commerce Keitha Robson will soon be helping other chamber heads with their professional development after having been named chair of the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada (CCEC).

Robson has been a member of the CCEC since 1999, and joined its board of directors in 2004. Since then, she's chaired its awards committee, which helps to recognize the efforts of chamber executives.

The CCEC represents more than 80 chambers of commerce at the municipal, regional and provincial levels. Founded in 1967, the organization helps chambers through network and the sharing of information, experiences and best practices.
